  • Certification or rating issuance;
  • Employment as a pilot.

Student progress depends on individual performance, medical  eligibility, regulatory requirements, instructor evaluation, and  training consistency.

FAA minimum hour requirements are regulatory minimums only and are not typical completion times.

All prices listed on this Site or in marketing materials are for informational purposes only and are subject to change at any time without notice.

Rates may change due to:

  • Fuel costs;
  • Insurance costs;
  • Maintenance expenses;
  • Aircraft operating costs;
  • Instructor rates;
  • Market conditions.

The rates in effect at the time services are rendered will apply.

Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding quote unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by Haski Aviation.

Any total cost figures, projections, or program estimates are estimates only.

Actual training costs vary based on:

  • Student aptitude and proficiency;
  • Training frequency;
  • Weather delays;
  • Aircraft and instructor availability;
  • Additional training required to meet FAA standards.

Haski Aviation does not guarantee completion within any estimated cost range.

Students are responsible for payment of all training services provided unless otherwise stated in a signed written agreement.

Haski Aviation operates under FAA Part 61 regulations.

You acknowledge and understand that:

  • FAA minimum flight hour requirements are regulatory minimums only;
  • FAA minimums are guidelines and not guarantees of completion time;
  • Actual time required to obtain a certificate or rating varies by individual;
  • No guarantee is made regarding the number of hours required to complete training;
  • No guarantee is made regarding completion within any specific timeframe.

Training progress depends on aptitude, preparation, consistency,  frequency of training, weather conditions, aircraft availability,  regulatory requirements, and instructor evaluation.

All stage checks, solo endorsements, cross-country authorizations,  practical test endorsements, and any other sign-offs are granted solely  at the discretion of the authorized instructor and are based on  demonstrated proficiency, consistency of performance, safety, and  regulatory compliance.

Instructor endorsements are not automatic upon reaching FAA minimum hours and will be issued only when the instructor determines that the student is safe, prepared, and fully ready in accordance with applicable FAA standards. Instructor endorsement decisions are based solely on demonstrated proficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Haski Aviation makes no representation or guarantee that any student will obtain a certificate or rating within FAA minimum hours or within  any projected timeline.

Students are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required FAA medical certification prior to solo flight or practical test eligibility, as applicable.

Haski Aviation does not provide medical advice and makes no representation regarding a student’s medical qualification for flight training.

Each student is solely responsible for determining and maintaining their fitness to fly in accordance with applicable FAA regulations and safety standards.

By providing your phone number and email address to Haski Aviation, you consent to receive phone calls, voicemail messages, text messages (SMS), and email communications related to scheduling, training updates, safety notifications, and billing matters.

Students and renters must arrive on time for scheduled aircraft or instructor time. If a student or renter has not arrived within fifteen (15) minutes of the scheduled start time and has not communicated with Haski Aviation, the reservation may be canceled and the aircraft or instructor reassigned.

A cancellation fee of $20 per scheduled hour will be charged for cancellations made less than four (4) hours prior to the scheduled start time. Failure to arrive without notice will be treated as a late cancellation.

Cancellation fees do not apply in the event of weather cancellations or instructor-initiated cancellations.

Cancellation notice must be provided through the approved scheduling system or by direct communication with Haski Aviation.

Haski Aviation reserves the right to modify scheduling and cancellation policies prospectively at its discretion.

These policies supplement but do not replace signed rental agreements.

Aircraft may only be operated by authorized and qualified pilots in compliance with FAA regulations and Haski Aviation policies.

Haski Aviation reserves the right to require checkout flights and to suspend rental privileges at its discretion.

  • Insurance deductibles;
  • Damage not covered by insurance;
  • Loss of use;
  • Damage resulting from negligent or unauthorized operation.

Coverage is subject to policy terms and exclusions.
